Complex panels are panels that are cut into a custom shape. The digital file will include the contour cut file needed to print . This is a digital file only! You must self print . This is ONE panel design and the design is not as intricate as a backdrop design . All Custom orders must be placed 2 weeks prior to date needed to print ( not the event date ) or you must add on the $25 Digital File Rush Fee. All Sales are Final no refunds. Order 2 and save $10
